Shipping policy

Last Updated: 27 July 2026

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with Wirasati.

We aim to process and deliver every order safely, accurately and within a reasonable timeframe. This Shipping Policy explains our order-processing procedures, delivery methods, shipping charges, estimated delivery times and customer responsibilities.

By placing an order through the Wirasati website, you agree to the terms stated in this Shipping Policy, together with our:

  • Terms of Service
  • Privacy Policy
  • Return and Refund Policy
  • Any additional conditions displayed at checkout

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Shipping Coverage

Wirasati currently delivers orders to serviceable locations throughout Pakistan.

Delivery availability may depend on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier coverage
  • Product availability
  • Security conditions
  • Accessibility of the delivery address
  • Operational restrictions affecting the selected area

Some remote, rural or restricted areas may require additional delivery time or may not be supported by our courier partners.

If delivery is unavailable for your location, our Customer Support Team may contact you to discuss an alternative address, available delivery method or order cancellation.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after:

  • The order has been successfully submitted
  • Complete customer information has been received
  • The delivery address has been reviewed
  • Payment or Cash on Delivery details have been verified
  • The ordered product is confirmed as available

Order processing includes:

  • Reviewing the order
  • Confirming customer information
  • Preparing the products
  • Performing quality checks
  • Packaging the parcel
  • Creating the courier shipment
  • Handing the parcel to the delivery partner

Processing time is separate from courier transit time.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during high-volume sales periods may be processed on the next available working day.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • Phone call
  • Another contact method provided during checkout

An automated order confirmation only confirms that we have received your order. It does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

Wirasati may review and verify an order before processing it.

5. Cash on Delivery Verification

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Our team may contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp to verify:

  • Customer name
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • City and area
  • Ordered products
  • Order quantity
  • Total payable amount

Orders that cannot be verified may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Customers should provide an active phone number and respond to verification requests promptly to avoid processing delays.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the customer’s location, courier availability and current operating conditions.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout, in your order confirmation or through customer support is an estimate and not an absolute guarantee.

Delivery may take longer for:

  • Remote or rural areas
  • Public holidays
  • Sale campaigns
  • High-volume order periods
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Security-restricted locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Courier operational delays

Processing time and courier transit time should both be considered when estimating the complete delivery period. Shopify similarly distinguishes between processing time and carrier transit time when displaying delivery estimates.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed:

  • On the product page
  • In the shopping cart
  • During checkout
  • In the order confirmation
  • Through a promotional offer displayed on the website

The final shipping charge may depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel weight
  • Product quantity
  • Courier service
  • Promotional offers
  • Special handling requirements

Where Wirasati offers free delivery, the offer may be subject to:

  • A minimum order amount
  • Specific products
  • Selected cities
  • A promotional period
  • Other conditions displayed with the offer

Shipping charges may be changed or updated at any time. Changes will not normally affect an order that has already been confirmed.

8. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full name
  • Active phone number
  • Complete street address
  • House, flat or shop number
  • Area or neighbourhood
  • City
  • Nearby landmark, where required
  • Postal code, where applicable

Wirasati is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer information.

Customers should review their delivery details carefully before submitting the order.

9. Address Changes

Customers should contact Wirasati as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected or changed.

Address changes may only be possible before the parcel has been:

  • Packed
  • Booked with the courier
  • Handed to the courier
  • Dispatched

Once the parcel has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

The courier may charge additional fees where an address correction, rerouting or second delivery arrangement is requested.

10. Order Changes Before Dispatch

Requests to change the following should be made as soon as possible:

  • Product
  • Colour
  • Quantity
  • Delivery address
  • Customer phone number
  • Payment method

Order changes are subject to product availability and processing status.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has entered the packing or dispatch process.

11. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers may receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Courier name
  • Tracking link
  • Dispatch confirmation
  • Delivery update

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been booked.

Customers should contact us if tracking information remains unavailable or unchanged for an unusual period.

12. Courier Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact the customer before or during delivery.

Customers should:

  • Keep their phone active
  • Respond to courier calls
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel
  • Keep the payable amount ready for Cash on Delivery orders
  • Provide directions where needed

The courier may make a limited number of delivery attempts.

If the customer does not answer calls, is unavailable or refuses delivery, the parcel may be returned to Wirasati.

13. Failed Delivery

A delivery may fail because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Inactive phone number
  • Customer unavailability
  • Failure to respond to courier calls
  • Customer refusal
  • Restricted delivery location
  • Courier coverage limitations
  • Security concerns
  • Other circumstances outside our control

If a parcel is returned because of customer-provided incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is resent.

14. Refused Cash on Delivery Orders

Customers should only place an order if they genuinely intend to accept and pay for the parcel.

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in:

  • Cancellation of future orders
  • Restriction of Cash on Delivery service
  • Requirement for advance payment
  • Recovery of repeated shipping or return costs where legally permitted

Customers who no longer require an order should contact us before dispatch instead of refusing the parcel at delivery.

15. Return-to-Origin Parcels

A parcel may be marked as Return to Origin when it cannot be delivered successfully.

Common reasons include:

  • Customer refusal
  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Unanswered courier calls
  • Delivery area not serviceable
  • Maximum delivery attempts completed

If you still require an order that has been returned to Wirasati, you may need to:

  • Confirm your complete address again
  • Provide an active contact number
  • Pay additional shipping charges
  • Make advance payment
  • Place a new order

Reshipment is subject to product availability and approval by Wirasati.

16. Delayed Deliveries

Although we work to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Heavy rainfall or flooding
  • Road closures
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes
  • Political activity
  • Security situations
  • Natural disasters
  • High-volume sales
  • Technical failures
  • Remote-area delivery schedules

Wirasati will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and obtain updates from the courier, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date where the delay is outside our control.

17. Public Holidays and Sale Periods

Order processing and delivery may take longer during:

  • Eid holidays
  • National holidays
  • Courier holidays
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Seasonal sales
  • Major online sale events
  • Unexpected increases in order volume

Customers are advised to place time-sensitive orders in advance.

18. Split Shipments

In some cases, an order containing multiple products may be sent in more than one parcel.

Split shipments may occur because:

  • Products are stored at different locations
  • A product requires separate packaging
  • A product becomes available at a different time
  • Parcel weight or courier restrictions apply

Where practical, customers will be informed if their order is divided into multiple shipments.

Separate parcels may arrive at different times.

19. Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Wirasati may:

  • Contact the customer
  • Offer an alternative product
  • Remove the unavailable item
  • Delay the order with customer approval
  • Cancel the affected item or order
  • Arrange a refund where advance payment was received

We will not intentionally send a substitute product without customer approval.

20. Parcel Inspection at Delivery

Customers should inspect the parcel externally before accepting it where courier rules permit.

Do not accept a parcel if:

  • The packaging appears seriously damaged
  • The parcel appears opened
  • The security seal is broken
  • The package appears to have been tampered with
  • The parcel details do not match your order
  • The Cash on Delivery amount is incorrect

Where possible, take photographs or a video of the parcel before opening it if the packaging appears damaged or suspicious.

21. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If you receive a damaged, opened or tampered parcel, contact Wirasati promptly and provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Phone number
  • Clear photographs of the parcel
  • Photograph of the courier label
  • Photograph or video of the damaged product
  • Unboxing video, where available
  • Description of the issue

Do not discard the packaging, courier label or damaged product until our team has reviewed the case.

Damage claims are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

22. Missing or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect the contents of the parcel shortly after delivery.

If an item is:

  • Missing
  • Incorrect
  • Different from the confirmed order
  • Damaged
  • Defective

contact Wirasati within the timeframe stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Supporting photographs or an unboxing video may be required to investigate the claim.

23. Delivered but Not Received

If courier tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with family members, staff, neighbours or building security.
  2. Confirm whether someone else accepted the parcel.
  3. Review the delivery address provided with the order.
  4. Contact Wirasati as soon as possible.

We may request the courier to investigate the delivery.

Investigations are subject to the courier’s records, proof of delivery and investigation procedure.

24. Customer Availability

The customer or an authorised person should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

If another person receives the parcel on the customer’s behalf, the order may be considered delivered once it has been handed over at the provided delivery address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that authorised recipients understand any Cash on Delivery amount that must be paid.

25. Ownership and Risk

Responsibility for the parcel generally passes to the customer when it is successfully delivered to:

  • The customer
  • An authorised recipient
  • A person available at the provided address
  • Another delivery location approved by the customer

Wirasati is not responsible for loss occurring after confirmed delivery unless required under applicable law.

26. Courier Partner Responsibility

Wirasati may use independent courier companies to deliver orders.

Courier companies are responsible for the physical transportation of parcels after collection.

However, customers should contact Wirasati first if they experience a delivery issue so that our team can assist and communicate with the courier where appropriate.

27. Delivery to Offices, Shops and Shared Buildings

Customers requesting delivery to an office, shop, hostel, apartment building or shared property should provide:

  • Complete building name
  • Floor or unit number
  • Department or office name
  • Reception instructions
  • Active phone number
  • Relevant landmark

Wirasati is not responsible if a parcel is received by an authorised receptionist, security guard, office employee or another person available at the provided address.

28. International Shipping

Unless international delivery is specifically displayed at checkout, Wirasati orders are currently intended for delivery within Pakistan.

Customers outside Pakistan should contact our Customer Support Team before placing an order.

International orders, where accepted, may be subject to:

  • Additional shipping charges
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Courier handling fees
  • Longer delivery periods
  • Country-specific restrictions

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are normally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

29. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers should request order cancellation as soon as possible.

Cancellation may be possible before the order has been:

  • Packed
  • Processed for fulfilment
  • Booked with the courier
  • Dispatched

Once the parcel has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

The customer may then need to follow the applicable return procedure after receiving the order.

30. Shipping-Related Refunds

Shipping charges are refundable only where required under our Return and Refund Policy or applicable law.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable where:

  • The customer changes their mind
  • An incorrect address was provided
  • The customer was unavailable
  • The parcel was refused
  • The order was returned because courier calls were unanswered
  • Delivery failed because of customer-provided information

Where Wirasati sends an incorrect, defective or damaged product, shipping costs will be handled according to the approved resolution under our Return and Refund Policy.

31. Force Majeure

Wirasati will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Flooding
  • Earthquakes
  • Extreme weather
  • Government restrictions
  • War or civil disturbance
  • Strikes
  • Internet or communication failures
  • Courier shutdowns
  • Public health emergencies
  • Transport interruptions
  • Other unforeseeable events

Delivery will resume as soon as reasonably possible after normal operations are restored.

32. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Wirasati may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in:

  • Courier services
  • Delivery areas
  • Shipping charges
  • Processing procedures
  • Business operations
  • Applicable laws
  • Customer service practices

Any revised policy will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

The policy applicable to an order will generally be the version available when the order was placed.
